Subscription terms

Effective October 18, 2026

Subscribe and save is an automatic, recurring order. These terms explain how it works, what you pay, and how to stop it. They are part of our Terms of sale.

How it works

• You choose a jar size, a quantity, and a delivery frequency: every 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
• Your first order is charged and ships when you check out.
• After that, your subscription renews automatically. We charge the card you entered and ship a new order at the frequency you chose, until you cancel.

Price

• Your first subscription order is 20% off. Every delivery after that is 15% off the regular jar price. All subscription orders ship free.
• Each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any sales tax.
• If the price changes, we’ll tell you at least 7 days before the change applies to your next order. You can cancel before then.
• The subscription discount does not combine with other offers.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

You can skip an order, pause, change your size or frequency, or cancel at any time, with no fee. Message us at @bodybutterbureau at least 2 business days before your next order date. A cancellation stops all future orders. Orders that already shipped are covered by our returns policy.

Receipts

You get an email receipt for your first order and for every renewal.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we’ll try again and let you know. If it still fails, we pause the subscription until you update your card.

Pickup

Subscriptions ship to your address. Pickup at The Galleria is for one-time orders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll tell active subscribers about any material change before it applies to them.
