Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Pickup is available at our kiosk at The Galleria in Houston.

Shipping cost

• Flat $6 per order.
• Free on orders of $50 or more after discounts.
• Free on every subscription delivery.
• Free pickup at The Galleria.

When it ships

Orders are packed by hand and ship within 1 to 3 business days. We ship Monday to Wednesday so jars don’t sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after that.

Heat

Shea butter softens in the heat, like butter on the counter. If your jar arrives soft or melted, it still works the same. Put it somewhere cool and it firms back up. Melting in transit is not a defect.

Pickup at The Galleria

Choose pickup at checkout. We’ll message you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

If a jar arrives broken, or your order is wrong or lost, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a refund.

Returns

• You can return unopened, unused jars within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the product price.
• For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened jars, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
• Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is our mistake.
• You can also return unopened jars in person at the kiosk.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number and which jars you want to return. We’ll reply with the return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
